These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PuraFarms website (purafarms.in) and WhatsApp ordering service for farm-fresh dairy delivery in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the PuraFarms website or placing an order via WhatsApp, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Orders & Delivery
Orders are placed via WhatsApp and are subject to product availability and delivery zone coverage. After you place an order, our team calls to confirm it before dispatch; orders are not finalized until confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for delivery-area or stock reasons.
3. Payments
Orders are primarily Cash on Delivery (COD). Stock is reserved only once an order is confirmed by our team.
4. Subscriptions
Subscription plans (daily/alternate-day/weekly delivery) can be paused, modified, or cancelled by messaging us on WhatsApp. Billing cycles and frequency are confirmed at the time you set up your subscription.
5. Product Quality
All products are fresh and perishable. Please inspect your delivery upon receipt and report any quality issues within 30 minutes via WhatsApp or by calling us, so we can address it promptly.
6. Limitation of Liability
PuraFarms is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, beyond replacement or refund of the affected order.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
