Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Contact customer support immediately for assistance.
2. Product Quality Issues
If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
3. Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time through your account dashboard. Refunds for prepaid subscription periods are calculated on a pro-rata basis.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. UPI and card refunds may take additional time depending on your bank.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Perishable products that have been consumed or altered after delivery are not eligible for refund unless a quality issue is confirmed.
